By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Autogenic Labs at the number you provided. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you re-subscribe.
