Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 2026-05-29
Overview
Autogenic Labs LLC ("Autogenic Labs," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI assistant that you reach by text message, along with this website at autogeniclabs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and our product, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy covers our website and our AI assistant product. Information collected through our SMS messaging program is described separately in our SMS Privacy Policy. Your use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service.
We offer our service to users in the United States. We do not target users in the European Union or other regions with separate data protection regimes.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information.
Information you provide. Your phone number, email address, and name; payment information you enter to start or manage a paid subscription (processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and not stored by us); and the content of the requests and messages you send to the assistant.
Information collected automatically on our website. Your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, the links you click, the page that referred you, and campaign parameters in the links you follow (such as UTM tags, fbclid, and gclid). We also store a randomly generated web session identifier. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described under Cookies and Tracking Technologies below.
Information from your use of the product. Your account and subscription status, your usage and remaining credit balance, and data generated in your assistant's working environment as it carries out your requests.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the assistant and our website;
- process the requests and messages you send to the assistant, using the AI model providers described below;
- process payments and manage your subscription;
- respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- measure, understand, and improve how our website and product perform;
- measure and attribute the effectiveness of our advertising, as described under Advertising and Measurement below;
- detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and abuse; and
- comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
On our website we use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or use similar browser storage:
- PostHog (United States) provides first-party product and website analytics, including page views, click events, and IP address, so we can understand how visitors find and use our site.
- Meta Pixel, with Automatic Advanced Matching, sends page-view and button-click events to Meta to support advertising measurement, retargeting, and the creation of similar ("lookalike") audiences.
- Google Analytics 4, with Google Signals and User-Provided Data Collection enabled, provides web analytics and supports advertising measurement and remarketing.
Where you submit your email or phone number in a form, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics hash those values in your browser before sending them; plaintext email and phone are never sent to Meta or Google by these browser tools.
You can control these tools through Your Privacy Choices below.
Advertising and Measurement
We advertise our service on platforms including Meta and Google, and we measure which ads lead to sign-ups so that we can spend responsibly.
When you activate a paid subscription, we send a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email and phone number to Meta (via the Meta Conversions API) and to Google (via Google Ads Enhanced Conversions) so these platforms can measure and attribute the conversion to an ad you may have seen. We share only hashed values for this purpose, never plaintext email or phone numbers, and only first-party data that you provided to us.
We do not use the content of your SMS messages or your requests to the assistant for advertising.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate the service, and only as needed for them to perform their function on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini) | AI model providers that process the content of your requests to the assistant |

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Autogenic Labs, our users, or the public.
Do Not Sell or Share and Your Privacy Choices
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising and analytics tools that share data with Meta and Google may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at Your Privacy Choices. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and the legacy Do Not Track (DNT) header automatically; when either is present, no advertising or analytics tools load.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may opt out of advertising-related sharing at any time through Your Privacy Choices, including by sending the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website and product may link to or interact with third-party services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
