About the SMS Program

Autogenic Labs operates an SMS-based AI assistant. After you opt in, you can text the assistant to ask questions, work through tasks, or get reminders related to conversations you have already started with us. The program is opt-in only and is offered solely to people who initiate contact with us.

How to Opt In

Visit our SMS onboarding page for the full opt-in details, then text HELLO or HEY to our 10DLC long code from your mobile device. You will receive a confirmation message and may then begin texting the assistant.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. Other accepted opt-out keywords include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, REVOKE, and OPTOUT. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation reply and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

To re-subscribe after opting out, text HELLO or HEY again. You can also email [email protected] if you are having trouble opting out and we will remove your number manually.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on how you use the assistant. Most messages are sent in direct response to texts you send to us. You may also receive occasional reminders or follow-ups related to conversations you have started.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Autogenic Labs does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send to us and messages we send to you. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Terms

Our handling of your phone number and message content is described in the SMS Privacy Policy. The terms that govern your use of the program are in the SMS Terms of Service.

Common Questions

I texted STOP but still got a message. The single confirmation reply you received after STOP is required by carrier rules. You will not receive any further messages after that confirmation. If you do, please email [email protected] with your number and we will investigate.

I never signed up. If you have received a message from us and never opted in, please reply STOP to remove your number, then email [email protected] so we can investigate. We do not send unsolicited messages and your number should not have been on our list without an explicit opt-in.

I changed my mind and want to come back. Text HELLO or HEY from the same number you previously used and you will be opted back in.
